You can easily place a new order by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button for any item that you wish to order. Once items are added to your cart you can Checkout and complete your order within a few quick and easy steps.

Note: We currently do not take orders on the phone. All orders have to be placed online on the Celldubai.com website.

We do not accept cash on delivery. However you can use your credit card or debit card. All purchases are 100% secure on our website as we ensure that all information about your payment is secured with SSL. In fact you are also protected automatically by your bank when you use your card for payment since all banks and credit card providers offer full consumer protection which protects you from fraud.

We also have an excellent returns policy so that you can return an item if the need arises.

Should you wish to use cash, you can obtain a prepaid internet shopping card at various banks, supermarkets and petrol stations around the United Arab Emirates.

Celldubai.com is a full E-Commerce company. We do not have a physical shop although we have our warehouse where our products are stored. The reason for this is that we can save costs of owning physical stores and pass on the savings to our customers like you which means you get your products cheaper and faster from the comfort of your own home or office.

Depending on the items ordered, your order may be delivered within 2 – 3 days whereas some items may take 7 – 14 days for delivery. Upon purchase the estimated delivery date will have been mentioned for each item.

You may be able to cancel your order until we have prepared the items and charged your card (usually between 2 to 5 hours from placing the order). Orders cannot be cancelled after your card has been charged. Use our Contact us form to request a cancellation.

Delivery & Collection

Delivery times tend to vary based on the product, type, brand and various other reasons such as public holidays. We try to provide our best estimate of an item’s estimated delivery date when you add an item to your cart. However, you can expect most deliveries to take place within 5 – 10 business days and usually no longer than 14 business days.

Delivery is free if your order total is more than AED 500, otherwise if it’s less that AED 500 then the delivery charge is AED 25.

In order to keep our operations running as efficiently as possible and minimize the amount of staff, we send all your items directly to you by courier.

You will be notified by email with the courier’s name, phone number and tracking number. Packages are usually delivered within 24 hours after they are dispatched to the courier.

Returns & refunds

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. We will try our best to assist you in the best possible way.

We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on gift experiences, furniture, beds, custom made and altered items. We are unable to exchange or refund certain types of products such as the following products:

  • Cosmetics/fragrance once the original packaging has been opened, unless faulty.
  • Pierced earrings and other pierced body jewellery unless faulty.
  • Quilts, duvets, pillows and mattresses, no exchange or refund once the original packaging has been opened or damaged unless faulty.
  • Gift food and products containing alcohol, no exchange or refund, unless faulty.
  • Underwear/lingerie, control wear, hosiery and swimwear, no exchange or refund unless the hygiene strips and tags are still in place and packaging remains unopened and undamaged unless faulty.
  • Hats and hair accessories unless tags are still in place and packaging remains unopened and undamaged unless faulty.
  • Books, CDs and DVDs
  • Consumables
  • Certain other items depending on the nature of the item

Therefore you are requested to contact us prior to returning the product so that we can advise if it is covered by our return policy.

While we try to make sure every order is perfect, sometimes things can go wrong which is very rare. There may be manufacturer defects, logistics issues, a missing item etc. If something is wrong, please let us know as soon as you have received the order by contacting our support team from your orders page or click here to contact us.
